If you’re using a mobile device, you can send invoices from your personal email and change the outgoing email as needed.
iPhone and iPad
Invoice2go sends invoices through the Mail app on iOS using your default email address.
If you have multiple email accounts, you can set the email account you want to use as the default account with the following steps:
- Go to your device's Settings app
- Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Tap on Default Account
- Select the email account you want to use as default
If you only have one email account in the Mail app, you can add a new email address to use when you tap on Add Account. Then set it as your default email account.
Android devices have the ability to choose your default email app. If you have multiple email accounts, you can either switch between your accounts or set one of them as your default account in the settings of your email app.*Note that these options depend on the email app you are using.
The option to change the email address when sending invoices is not available on the web app. If you would like to send your invoices from a different email address, we recommend you send it from your mobile device.
