How Do I Send My Customer A Receipt?

Once you’ve processed a payment from your customer, PayPal will display a prompt on your mobile device’s screen asking if your customer would like a receipt. Your customer will have the option of choosing to have the receipt delivered via email or SMS.

Please note, this receipt will be sent from PayPal and not Invoice2go. You will not receive Invoice2go confirmation emails for payments made with PayPal Here.
