Read This Before Updating Your iPhone / iPad to iOS 10.3

Apple’s iOS 10.3 update (release date TBD) could result in you losing your Invoice2go data if you do not back up your Invoice2go app. If something goes wrong during the iOS 10.3 update and you have not correctly backed up your Invoice2go app, Invoice2go will not be able to restore lost data.

How to backup your Invoice2go app

  1. Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network
  2. From side menu, pull down on the screen to perform a hard sync
  3. Go to your Invoice2go Settings
  4. Under the Database section, tap on Backup
