Attach a Photo to an Invoice, Estimate or Expense

Invoice2go allows you to attach photos and images to your invoices to help you show your customers see the work you have performed.

As you attach photos or images to your invoices and send them to your customers, your account uses the storage space you have on your account to send and store these.

The higher the picture quality is that you attach the more storage it will take up. For example, if you attach 5 photos to an invoice and each photo is 5mb, you will use 25mb of your account storage.

Deleting images from invoices does not free up storage.

Pro accounts currently have 100mb of storage, Enterprise has 200mb and Unlimited has unlimited storage. If you’re running out of space in your account, you can expand your storage by upgrading to a higher plan or contacting support and purchasing an additional 200 MB for $49.
