In the payment portal, customers can now easily submit payment using Google Pay. If you have credit and debit card payments enabled on your account, customers who have enabled Google Pay will see this option when accessing the payment portal from an Android mobile device or the Chrome browser.
To pay with Google Pay, customers can select the Google Pay button that displays above the other payment options on the payment portal.
If your customer does not see the Google Pay button, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verify that you have enabled the Debit or Credit card payment option for the document
- Verify that the user is accessing the payment portal from an Android mobile device and/or the Google browser.
- Verify that the user has added a payment method to their Google Pay account.
