In the payment portal, customers can now easily submit payment using Apple Pay. If you have credit and debit card payments enabled on your account, customers who have enabled Apple Pay will see this option when accessing the payment portal from an iOS mobile device or the Safari browser.
To pay with Apple Pay, customers can select the Apple Pay button that displays above the other payment options on the payment portal.
Troubleshooting
If your customer does not see the Apple Pay button, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verify that you have enabled the Debit or Credit card payment option for the document
- Verify that the user is accessing the payment portal from an iOS mobile device and/or the Safari browser.
- Verify that the user has added a payment method to their Apple Pay account.
