We openly invite everyone to share their ideas and suggestions -- regardless of whether they might be a long-time user of Invoice2go or may have just joined us. To share your request directly with our team, please use our new Feedback Portal, which is the quickest and most sure-fire way to make sure your voice is heard!

How different suggestions & ideas are prioritized
Popularity and sheer volume of suggestions, while important, is not the only factor that influences what does and what does not fit onto our roadmap.
We recognize that great ideas come from a whole range of places, and for each one we receive, we ask ourselves a series of questions, including but not limited to: Will it benefit all Invoice2go customers? Does it align with our long-term vision? Can it be executed properly with our current resources? Will it help draw new customers to Invoice2go?
