Manage Invoices in Multiple Currencies

If you have invoices in multiple currencies, only the active currency that you have set in your account will reflect in your report totals.

For example, if you have invoices in USD ($) and CAD ($) and your current currency is set to USD ($), then your report totals will only reflect the invoices set in the USD ($) currency. The invoices in CAD ($) are still in your account and searchable from your invoice list; however, these invoices will not reflect in report totals.

In order to see report totals for your multiple currencies, you must toggle between each currency in Settings under your Company information.

Please note that once you change your currency, all future documents you create and all related account information will use selected currency.

iPhone and iPad

  1. From the side-navigation menu, tap on Settings
  2. Under the Company section, tap on Company information
  3. Under the Currency and tax section, tap on Currency
  4. Select desired currency
  5. Tap on Confirm change to change your currency

Android

  1. From the side-navigation menu, tap on Settings
  2. Under the Company section, click on Company information
  3. Under the Currency section, click on the currency drop down arrow
  4. Select desired currency
  5. Tap on Confirm change to change your currency

Web

  1. From the side-navigation menu, click on Settings
  2. Under the Company section, tap on Company information
  3. Under the Currency and tax section, tap on Currency
  4. Select desired currency
  5. Click on OK to change your currency
