10/28/17 Server Issue Resolved

On October 18, 2017 from 1:46 PM and 2:15 PM PDT, we received reports from some users that were unable to preview, print and email documents. Additionally, there were are also other features that were affected by this server issue. 

Our team is happy to report that this issue has been resolved and that all preview, print and email services are back up and running.
