If you accept payments using Invoice2go Money, you can view a breakdown of each payment. Payment details include the amount charged to the customer's card, processing fees, and the total amount you received. The total amount received equals the amount paid by the customer minus any applicable processing fees.

If you have enabled the option to pass on card payment fees, processing fees are paid by the customer. Depending on your customer’s card payment type, this amount may not cover all associated fees. If this option is not enabled, processing fees are paid by you.

Follow the steps below to view payment details from the mobile app or a web browser.

2. Tap the Client payment options link
3. Tap the Card payments link
4. Tap the payment you want to view
5. View the details of the payment

1. In the Navigation Menu, click the Cash flow link
2. In the Invoice2go Money section, click the payment you want to view
