Delete Items from an Invoice

Deleting items with Invoice2go is as simple as a couple clicks. Items can be modified and removed directly from an invoice on any device — no matter where you’re invoicing from, it’s quick and easy to modify the items on your documents.

iPhone, iPad, and Android

  1. Tap on the menu icon on the top left hand side of the screen
  2. Tap Invoices 
  3. Tap on the invoice you would like to delete an item from
  4. Tap Edit in the top right corner
  5. Swipe right to the left on the item you would like to delete and tap Delete
  6. Tap Delete again to confirm

Web

  1. Click on Invoices on the side of the screen
  2. Click on the invoice you would like to delete an item from
  3. Click on Edit
  4. Click on the item you would like to delete
  5. Click on Delete

Please note, the same steps can be followed on web and mobile for deleting items on other document types such as estimates, purchase orders, and credit memos.
