Request a Confirmation Receipt

After purchasing a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email for this transaction. It will display your company name, the subscription/plan you have purchased, currency and amount paid, payment details and the transaction number.

If you need a receipt or invoice and the confirmation email does not suffice, you can submit a support request through Invoice2go Support. Enter Invoice Request as the subject title or question.

To facilitate your request for a receipt faster, please provide the following in your support request:

  • Your Account ID
  • A screenshot of the confirmation email

The receipt request will be processed after the required information is provided.

Apple App and Google Play Store Purchases

If you downloaded the Invoice2go app and purchased a subscription from the Apple App or Google Play store, please access your accounts to find your purchase receipt for tax purposes.
