We’ve heard from a few customers on Android devices who have experienced issues sending invoices as attachments via their Gmail app.This is a known issue that Google is working on, and we apologize for the inconvenience as we work to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, please try the following steps to email your documents with attachments included:
Download the latest version of the app which contains a link to your invoice (instead of an attachment) where your customers can download and pay.
Navigate to Settings > Client Communication > Default Email Message and enable the option to 'Use a generic message.' Then try sending your document without making any modifications to the subject line or email description.
