We are aware of a recent phishing attempt that may potentially impact Invoice2go customers. Some users have reported receiving suspicious emails containing invoices from an unknown business, and the attacker may be using these emails to obtain payment or payment information from our users.
We have no reason to believe the attackers obtained any account credentials for Invoice2go from our databases nor that payment account numbers were obtained. We take the privacy and security of your account very seriously, and have initiated an investigation implementing steps to control the situation. We’ll be posting more information soon about what to look out for, and how you can protect your business and your customers from these types of scams.

The best thing to do for the recipient of any of these suspicious emails is to delete any unrecognized emails and avoid clicking any links. You may forward these emails to our support email below, before you delete them, to aid in our investigation. As a precautionary measure, we also recommend you change the password of your email account and any other accounts that use the same password, including Invoice2go. If you use an email provider that offers two-factor authentication, considering turning this feature on.

- A password reset email will be sent to you
- Reset your password following the link in your email
