You can choose to disable ACH Bank Transfer for your entire account, or for individual invoices. 

For individual documents 

iOS and Android

1. Open the document you wish to turn ACH bank transfers off for 
2. Under Payment methods, toggle off ACH bank transfer
   

Web

1. Open the document you wish to turn ACH bank transfers off for 
2. Under Payment options, uncheck the box labeled ACH bank transfer

For your entire account

iOS and Android 

1. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
2. Tap Client payment options 
3. Tap Stripe- ACH transfers
4. Toggle off ACH bank transfers

Web

1. Click on your company name in the upper right corner
2. Click on Account & settings
3. Click on Client payment options
4. Toggle off Accept ACH bank transfers
5. Click on Save
