For each contact, you can choose a frequency, or how often you'd like to schedule reminders for yourself to contact that person. You can choose between,
The default setting for each client is quarterly.
To select a different frequency,
- In Engage, click on Contact list and find your contact you'd like to change
- In the Frequency column, click on the dropdown and select the option you would prefer
- Once selected, the new frequency will auto-save and be scheduled accordingly
