This article will walk you through questions you may have regarding fees, overdraft, and security regarding your Invoice2go Money Debit Card.
What fees are associated with my debit card?
There are no monthly card fees and you can use your Visa® business debit card anywhere Visa is accepted - in store (point of sale), online, over the phone, at ATMs.
Some merchants, ATMs and other third parties may charge a fee so it’s worth checking beforehand.
Allpoint Fee Free ATMs
If you withdraw money from one of the 55,000+ Allpoint ATMs in the United States using your Visa® business debit card, you will not be charged a service fee.
Please note that non-Allpoint ATMs may have associated withdrawal fees so it’s important to check beforehand.
To find the closest Allpoint ATM near you, please visit the Allpoint website.
Why was my transaction declined?
A transaction will be declined when you don’t have enough money in your Invoice2go Money bank account to cover a purchase or payment.
How do I temporarily lock my debit card?
You can get in touch with us to place a temporary lock on your debit card using our toll free number 1-844-909-1623.
What is a chip card?
Your Visa debit card contains a microchip that encrypts your personal info, protecting you against counterfeit fraud.
This, coupled with your unique PIN, provides you with a greater level of security when using your card for payments and ATM transactions.
What should I do if I am a victim of Identity Theft?
Contact us using our toll free number 1-844-909-1623 immediately if you suspect you’re a victim of fraud. Your Visa debit card will be frozen and we’ll investigate any suspicious transactions.
What can I do to help protect my card?
How can I protect my card from authorized transactions?
Your card comes with zero liability protection at no extra cost.
If you haven’t shared your card or unique PIN with anyone, and you report suspicious transactions to us immediately, you’ll be reimbursed for unauthorized card transactions.
