To update to the improved version of Invoice2go simply update your app in either the iOS or Android app stores. Or if your device has “auto-update” enabled, your Invoice2go app will update automatically when the new version is released.
If you are unable to update your app or log in to your account, you may be using a device that’s running an outdated operating system. In order to upgrade to the latest version of Invoice2go, you’ll need to update your operating system or switch to a device running a current OS.
The new Invoice2go app will be available on the following mobile operating systems:
- For Apple users: iOS 9 and higher (available on iPhone 4s and iPad2 and above)
- For Android users: Android 4.1 and higher (includes Jelly Bean, KitKat, Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat).
Once you update the app on one of your devices, such as your smartphone, you'll have to update all other devices that you use to access your account (such as tablets or other smartphones).
