Manage Company Reports

Reports give you powerful insight into how your business is doing and offers you quick and easy access to your most important data.

Reports will default to your current reporting year and month, but can be changed and viewed additionally by ‘All Years’ and ‘Quarterly.' All reports are based on the tax year for your business, as defined by the 'Tax Year Starts' setting.

From your account home screen and reports dashboard, you can view the following reporting information:

  • Invoice overview of your outstanding balances for your overdue, unpaid and unsent invoices
  • Bar graphs for your annual sales by month and quarter in your current tax year
  • Bar graphs for annual sales by clients
  • Outstanding balance overview and top outstanding client payments

Drill Down Into Reports

  • From your home dashboard reports you are able to drill down into the bar graphs and see your data in a  tableview to help you better identify trends.
  • Once you have drilled down into your report, you can toggle back and forth between graph and table view by tapping on the graph / table button in the top right corner.
  • After you have a drilled down into your report, you are able to easily export your data by tapping on the export button in the top right corner.

 

From the reports dashboard, the ‘Report list’ in the top right corner allows you to access all of your other business reports by selected date range. Each report in your 'Report list' is available for preview in table format and can be exported via .csv.

iPhone and iPad

  1. From account home screen, view high level reporting information — swipe left to see additional reports and tap into reports to see data in table format
  2. From the side navigation menu, tap on Reports
  3. From the reports dashboard, scroll down the screen to view high level reporting information and then tap into your reports to see data in table format
  4. Tap on Report list in the top right corner
  5. Select report (e.g. Sales by Date)
  6. Tap on the blue highlighted report name and date (e.g. Sales by Date: Monthly 2017) to change your report year and date increment filter
  7. View report information 
  8. Tap on Export in the top right corner
  9. Invoice2go will email your report as a .csv file

Android

  1. From account home screen, view high level reporting information — swipe left to see additional reports and tap into reports to see data in table format
  2. From the side navigation menu, tap on Reports
  3. From the reports dashboard, scroll down the screen to view high level reporting information and then tap into your reports to see data in table format
  4. Tap on Report list in the top right corner
  5. Select report (e.g. Sales by Date)
  6. Tap on Change filter to set your report year and date increment
  7. View report information
  8. Tap on Export in the top right corner
  9. Invoice2go will email your report as a .csv file

 Web

  1. From the side navigation menu, click on Reports
  2. From the reports dashboard, scroll down the screen to view high level reporting information and then tap into your reports to see data in table format
  3. At the top of your reports dashboard, toggle from Dashboard to Report list
  4. Select report from the report drop down list (e.g. Sales by Date)
  5. Select year and date increment
  6. View report details
  7. Click on Export in the top right corner
  8. Invoice2go will email your report as a .csv file
