Adding a Logged Time Entry to Your Invoice

Adding a time entry to your invoices allows you to record the amount of time spent on particular jobs.

iOS and Android

  1. Open the invoice you wish to edit
  2. Tap on the Edit (pencil) symbol 
  3. Tap "+" to add a new item
  4. Tap Add new item
  5. Tap Unit type
  6. Select Hours or Days
  7. Enter the rate and quantity
  8. Tap Save in the top right hand corner

  1. Open the invoice you wish to edit
  2. Click on the Edit tab
  3. Click on Add items
  4. Click Unit type
  5. Select Hours or Days
  6. Enter the rate and quantity
  7. Click Save and close in the top right hand corner
