After purchasing a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email for this transaction. It will display your company name, the subscription plan you have purchased, payment details and the transaction number.
If you need a receipt or invoice in addition to this confirmation email, you can submit a support request through Invoice2go Support. Enter Invoice Request as the subject title or question.
To facilitate your request for a receipt faster, please provide the following in your support request:
- Your Account ID
- A screenshot of the confirmation email
The receipt request will be processed after the required information is provided.

If you downloaded the Invoice2go app and purchased a subscription from the iTunes App Store or Google Play store, please access your accounts to find your purchase receipt for tax purposes.
