Delete an Expense

You can delete unwanted expenses from your expense list. Once you delete expenses you will not be able to recover them — delete expenses only if you no longer need them.

iPhone and iPad

  1. From the side navigation menu, tap on Expenses
  2. From your expenses list, find the expense you would like to delete
  3. Swipe left on the expense to expose the delete button
  4. Tap on Delete

Android

  1. From the side navigation menu, tap on Expenses
  2. From your expenses list,find the expense you would like to delete
  3. Swipe left on the expense to delete the expense

Web

  1. From the side navigation menu, click on Expenses
  2. From your expenses list,find the expense you would like to delete
  3. Hover your mouse over the expense to expose the delete button
  4. Click on Delete

 

TIPS

  • The category or merchant entered on the receipt will automatically be added to the list of categories.
  • You can also group receipts by category, merchant, or month, and view them in ascending or descending order.
  • By selecting the All Years filter, you can view all your receipts or choose a fiscal year to view only receipts for the selected year.
  • You can also track your expenses in the Reports section through the Expense Journal, the Expense by Category Report, and the Income Statement.
