Adding a time entry to your invoices allows you to record the amount of time spent on particular jobs.
iOS and Android
- Open the invoice you wish to edit
- Tap on the Edit symbol at the top right
- Tap "Add item"
- Tap Search
- Tap on the Time tab, and choose from your saved time entries
- Tap to edit the time units, and/or rate and quantity
- Tap the check mark at the top right to save
- Tap Save in the top right hand corner to save the invoice
Web
- Open the invoice you wish to edit
- Click on the Edit tab
- Click on Add time entry
- Choose the time entry you want to add from the list of saved time entries
- Click to edit the description, amount, or other fields
- Click Save to save the time entry on the invoice
- Click Save and close in the top right hand corner to save the invoice
