If you are unable to log in to your account, please follow the steps below to help troubleshoot the issue.
I forgot my account password
- Check if the password is typed correctly
- If you do not remember your password, you can reset it here
I keep entering the correct password, but it keeps asking me to sign in
If you have entered the correct password but are still unable to log in, it is possible your Invoice2go app version may not have been updated in a while. In this case, simply update the app version to the latest software version via either the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).

I'm receiving a "link expired" message when I click on the password reset link
In our password reset emails, only one reset password link can be active at a time, so if you click on the password reset email more than once, only the most recent one is valid and should be used. Additionally, the password reset link will expire after 24 hours.
Unblocking Your Invoice2go Account
Step 1: Identify the Error Message
If you see the error “Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts. We've sent you an email with instructions on how to unblock it", this means your account has been temporarily blocked due to multiple failed login attempts.
Step 2: Check Your Email Inbox
Look for an email with the subject “Login Attempt Blocked.” The email will be sent from: invoice2go@communications.2go.com
Step 3: Check Spam or Junk Folder
If the email is not in your inbox, check your Spam/Junk folder.
If you have not received your password reset email, even after checking your inbox, spam, and trash folders, you may need to update your email settings. Some email providers can block or filter automated messages. To help ensure delivery, please add hello@notifications.invoice2go.com to your contacts or safe sender list. Once added, try requesting the password reset again.
Step 4: Open the Unblock Email
Once located, open the email.
Select “Allow login” to unblock your account.
Step 5: Attempt to Log In Again
After completing the unblock process, return to the login page.
Enter your credentials and try accessing your account.
If You Did NOT Receive the Unblock Email
Step 6: Reset Your Password
Select “Forgot Password” on the login page, or use this link:

Step 7: Complete the Password Reset
Enter your registered email address.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Step 8: Log In Using Your New Password
Return to the login page and sign in using your updated credentials.
