Invoice2go allows you to attach photos and images to your invoices to help you show your customers the work you have performed.
iOS
- Open the invoice
- From the creation screen, tap Add photos
- Tap OK when you are prompted by the message “Invoice2go Would Like to Access Your Photos"
- Tap Select from device
- Tap Take a photo or Choose from library
- Tap Add in the top right to upload the photo
- You can tap on the photo to edit the title and description
- Tap Save
Note: To delete an attached photo, open the invoice and swipe from right to left on the photo. Tap the Delete button of the image you want to erase. Tap Delete again to confirm and then tap Save.
Android
- Open the invoice
- From the creation screen, tap Attach photos.
- Tap Take photo. Or, tap Pick from album to select a photo.
- Tap Attach on the top right to upload the photo to the invoice
- You can tap on Attachment # to edit the title and description.
- Tap on Save
- Tap on Save again
Note: To delete an attached photo, open the invoice and tap on the image thumbnail. Long press on the image you want to delete. Tap OK to confirm.
Web
- Open the Invoice
- From the Edit tab, click on Add photos
- Select the photo to upload
- Once uploaded, click on the photo
- Add a title and a description
- Click on Save
- Click on Save and close
Note: To delete an attached photo, open the invoice, hover over the photo and click on Delete, then click on Save and close.
