Over the course of a project, you may be in contact with more than one point of contact. Projects make keeping track of these contacts simple by allowing you to add multiple contacts to your project. You can add contacts using the following steps.
iOS and Android
- Tap More on the navigation bar
- Tap Projects
- Open the project you'd like to add contacts to
- Tap Project contacts
- Tap Add new contact
- If you have already added multiple contacts to your project, tap the + symbol in the top right corner
- Enter your client details manually OR, tap Choose from contacts and select a contact from your saved contacts on your device
- When you are entering contact details, you can add their
- Name
- Phone number
- Role (Owner, Supplier, Tenant, Building Manager, Contractor, Employee, Realtor, Accounts Payable, Other)
- When you are entering contact details, you can add their
- Tap Save
Web
- From the home screen, click Projects
- Open the project you'd like to add contacts to
- Click the Contacts tab
- Click + New contact
- Enter your contact's information
- Name
- Phone number
- Role (Owner, Supplier, Tenant, Building Manager, Contractor, Employee, Realtor, Accounts Payable, Other)
- Click Save
