With communications preferences, you can control which emails you do or don't want to receive from Invoice2go.

Types of emails we send

From time to time, we will send out emails with helpful information including, 

• Business Resources
  • Articles, videos, and podcasts
• Invoice2go Fundamentals
  • Tips and how-to guides
• Product Updates
  • New features and improvements
• Special Offers
  • Contests, giveaways, and prizes 

How to manage your communications preferences

If you prefer to unsubscribe from the emails we send, or, only want to receive specific types of emails, you can manage these preferences directly within the Invoice2go app using the following steps.

iOS and Android

1. Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
2. Tap Personal info
3. Tap Emails and notifications
4. Toggle on/off the emails and notifications you do/don't want to receive
5. Tap Save

Web

1. Click on your Company name in the top right corner 
2. Click on Account & settings
3. Click on Communication Preferences 
4. Toggle on/off Subscribe to emails
   • Tip: If there are only certain emails you'd like to receive, toggle on Subscribe to emails, then, toggle off which ones you don't want to receive. Example. I want to receive Special Offers emails but I don't want to receive Product Update Emails. 
5. Click on Save

Please note that you can update your preferences at any time.
