When you change the language in the app, it will update the labels and text on your documents to your chosen dialect. Updating your language settings affects all future documents in your account and the changes will be seen on all devices. Preexisting documents, such as past-made invoices, will be unaffected by changes made in your Invoice2go settings.
Please note, this article is only for changing the language on documents. This will not affect the language of the app interface itself.
iOS and Android
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
- Tap Customize invoice
- Tap Options
- Tap General
- Tap Language
- Select the language you want to use
- Tap OK to confirm
Web
- Click on your Company name in the upper right corner
- Click on Account & settings
- Click on Customize invoice options
- Click on Language
- Select the language you want to use
- Click OK
- Click on Save Design
