We have created a dedicated field for any additional information you have, such as your terms and conditions, so you will no longer need to upload a separate file.
iOS and Android
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
- Tap Customize invoice
- Tap Options
- Tap Footer
- Tap Terms and conditions
- Enter your terms and conditions in the text field. *Note there is a 9000 character limit
- Tap Save
Web
- Click on your Company name in the upper right corner
- Click on Account & settings
- Click on Customize invoice options
- Click on the Footer drop-down section
- Click on the Add terms and conditions... field
- Enter your terms and conditions in the text field. *Note there is a 9000 character limit
- Click on Save design
Your Terms and conditions will now appear on the bottom of all of your documents.
