If you don’t have an Invoice2go Money bank account, limits will apply to how much can be transferred to your linked bank account each day and per month.
To check your current limits, either view the confirmation emails sent to you after transfers have been processed or follow these steps:
iOS and Android
- Tap the profile icon on top right hand corner
- Tap Client payment options
- Tap Card payments
- Tap Transfer limits & support
- Click your Company name in the upper right corner
- Click Account & settings
- Click Client payment options
- Click Transfer limits & support

Requesting a transfer limit increase
Based on your history with Invoice2go and your usage of the product, you may be eligible to request a transfer limit increase.
You’ll need to provide an estimate of how much you typically invoice per day and month, and we may ask for additional documentation to verify the information you provide.
To request a transfer limit increase, follow the instructions above for iOS, Android or web, and then tap or click Request transfer limit increase. If you don’t see this button, it means you’re not currently eligible to request an increase.
Note: You may only request an increase once within a 30 day period.
