You may cancel your subscription at any time on iOS, Android, and Web. If you cancel your subscription, it will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
When you cancel your subscription, you opt out of your promotional pricing, which means your next renewal price may change based on the current price for your plan.
Invoice2go does not offer refunds for any time remaining in your current subscription term after you cancel your subscription or for any prior lapsed subscription terms.
If purchased through web.2go.com/purchase, your subscription is set to automatically renew immediately at the end of the subscription term. At that time, Invoice2go processes a payment using the payment details you originally provided at web.2go.com/purchase.
In some cases, your renewal payment may be declined by your bank for a variety of reasons. If this happens, your account will temporarily expire. We will try to process the payment again to get you back to easy invoicing as soon as possible, or you can manually renew your account anytime at web.2go.com/purchase.
Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription on your respective platform.
Apple currently handles all purchases and refunds in the Apple App Store. To cancel or change your Invoice2go subscription on your iOS device, follow these steps within your Apple account.
If you purchased your subscription through your Android device, follow these steps within your Google Play account to cancel or change your subscription.
- Click on your Company name in the upper right corner
- Click on Account & settings
- Under the Account section, click on Manage subscription
- Click on Cancel subscription
- Please follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation letting you know your subscription will expire at the end of your next billing cycle

Invoice2go Website and Android Google Play Purchases
If you purchased Invoice2go on either our website or through the Google Play Store on your Android device, you can request a refund by contacting our Support team.
We require the following information to process your refund request:
- Invoice2go account ID and email address
- Reason for leaving Invoice2go
- Date of Purchase
Once you have submitted your refund request, please allow for 10 business days for the refund to process. The refund will be returned in the same method of payment used for the purchase.
Apple App Store Purchases
Apple currently handles all purchases and refunds in the Apple App Store. To cancel or change your Invoice2go plan on your iOS device, follow these steps within your Apple account.
Refunds for recurring subscriptions are not guaranteed, and eligibility is determined by Apple. In order to request a refund, you'll need to contact Apple directly.
