View Company Reports

Reports will default to your current reporting year and month but can be changed and viewed by all years and quarterly. All reports are based on the tax year for your business, as defined by the tax year starts setting.

From your reports dashboard, you can view the following reporting information:

  • Invoice overview of your outstanding balances for your overdue, unpaid, and unsent invoices
  • Bar graphs for your annual sales by month and quarter in your current tax year
  • Chart for your annual sales by client

Drill Down Into Reports

From the reports dashboard, tapping/clicking on Report list in the top right corner allows you to access all of your other business reports by selected date range. Each report in your report list is available for preview in table format and can be exported as a CSV or PDF.

  • Once you have drilled down into your report, you can toggle back and forth between graph and table view by tapping on the graph/table button in the top right corner.
  • After you have drilled down into your report, you are able to easily export your data by tapping/clicking on the export button in the top right corner.

iOS and Android

  1. Tap More on the navigation bar
  2. Tap Reports
    • From the reports dashboard, scroll down the screen to view high-level reporting information and then tap into your reports to see data in table format
  3. Tap Report list in the top right corner
  4. Select a report (e.g. Sales by Date)
  5. Tap the blue highlighted date (e.g. 2021-monthly USD) to change your report year and/or date filter
    • Tap Apply after selecting your filters

 Web

  1. From the navigation menu, click on Reports
    • From the reports dashboard, scroll down the screen to view high-level reporting information and then click into your reports to see data in table format
  2. At the top of your reports dashboard, click on Report list
  3. Select report from the report drop-down list (e.g. Sales by Date)
  4. Select year and or date increment from the drop-down lists to filter your reports (e.g. 2021 Quarterly)
