Create a company logo using our simple logo creator to personalize your invoice templates and align them with your company brand. You can choose from our set of pre-designed logos, or upload your own custom logo. Having a logo on your invoices will help your customers more easily identify your business.

When uploading a company logo, Invoice2go supports JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. The logo must not exceed 1MB in size with dimensions not exceeding 999x999.

By default, the header section of the invoice will show the doing-business-as name that’s recorded in your Company info settings. You may want to hide the name if you’re uploading a custom logo that already has your company name in it. To do this, choose the Hide company name option when adding your logo.

iOS and Android

1. Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
2. Tap Customize invoice
3. Tap Design
4. Tap the Logo icon
5. You will see the options to upload a custom logo or design a logo
6. To upload your custom logo, tap Add logo
   • Choose a JPG, JPEG, or PNG file from your photo gallery or take a new photo
   • Select the photo to add
   • Adjust the size and alignment
   • Select if you wish to hide your company name on the template
   • Tap Save in the top right corner
7. To design a logo, tap design a logo
   • Choose from one of our pre-designed logos that fit themes from a variety of different businesses
   • Tap Confirm
   • Adjust the Size and Alignment
   • Choose if you want to hide your company name on the template
   • Tap Save

1. Click your Company name in the upper right corner
2. Click Account & settings
3. Click Customize invoice design
4. Click Logo
5. Select if you want to hide your company name on the template
6. You can either upload a custom logo, or design a logo
7. To upload your custom logo: click on the box with a + symbol to upload a JPG, JPEG, or PNG file from your computer
   • Choose the photo you wish to use
   • Click the Position tab, where you can adjust the Alignment and Size of the image
8. To design a logo: under the Logo tab, scroll and choose from one of our many pre-designed logos 
   • Click the Position tab, where you can adjust the Alignment and Size of the image
9. You can also click None to remove any logo added
10. When you are done, click Save design
