When do I get my debit card?
Once approved for Invoice2go Money Banking, we will send your Visa® business debit card to the address provided on your application.
How long does it take for my debit card to arrive?
Your Visa® business debit card should arrive within 7-14 business days.
What if I haven't received my debit card after 7-14 business days?
Please contact our dedicated banking team to let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I set up my debit card?
Your Visa® business debit card will come with instructions on how to securely activate it and set a PIN.
You can also find the dedicated card activation contact details in the app. To access this,
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
- Tap Client payment options
- Tap Invoice2go Money
- Tap View account details
Once activated, keep your card somewhere safe.
What can I do with my Invoice2go Money Banking debit card?
You can use your Visa® business debit card anywhere Visa is accepted:
- Purchases (online, in-store): Up to $2,500 to $10,000 USD daily
- ATM deposits: Up to $2000 daily
- ATM withdrawals: Up to $250 to $2000 daily
How many cards can I hold at one time?
Each account holder is limited to one active debit card at any time.
What is a digital wallet?
A digital wallet stores information about your physical debit card so you can make purchases at participating merchants. Certain digital wallets use virtual cards.
Will contactless payments be available?
Yes. Your card comes with contactless payments or "Tap and Go" technology. Terms and conditions apply.
Am I able to add my debit card to my digital wallet? e.g. Apple or Google Pay
Once you’ve activated your Visa® business debit card, you can add it to your digital wallet. The card details are on the back of the card.

How do I change my debit card pin or request a new pin?
Contact support using our toll-free number 1-844-909-1623 to update or request a new debit card PIN.
What do I do if I don't recognize a debit card transaction?
We take disputes seriously. Contact support using our toll-free number 1-844-909-1623 to report any unauthorized activity.
Unauthorized transactions are FDIC-insured through Blue Ridge Bank when reported promptly.
What happens if my card is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Contact us immediately if your card is lost, stolen, or damaged using our toll-free number 1-844-909-1623.
We’ll send a replacement card to the address provided on your application within 5-7 business days after you’ve contacted us.
