Fees
What fees are associated with my debit card?
There are no monthly card fees and you can use your Visa® business debit card anywhere Visa is accepted - in store (point of sale), online, over the phone, at ATMs.
Some merchants, ATMs and other third parties may charge a fee so it’s worth checking beforehand.
Allpoint Fee Free ATMs
If you withdraw money from one of the 55,000+ Allpoint ATMs in the United States using your Visa® business debit card, you will not be charged a service fee.
Please note that non-Allpoint ATMs may have associated withdrawal fees so it’s important to check beforehand.

Overdraft
What is an overdraft?
An overdraft occurs when the available balance in your Invoice2go Money bank account becomes negative. Although we don’t offer overdrafts as a feature, accounts may still become overdrafted for other reasons.
How can my Invoice2go Money bank account become overdrafted?
Typically an overdraft can occur if you receive an ACH return for a previous payment and don’t have enough funds in your available balance to cover the returned amount. As per your business deposit account agreement, you must resolve this immediately by contacting our dedicated payments support team at money@invoice2go.com.
What happens when my account goes into overdraft?
We will automatically notify you when your account goes into overdraft and provide you with instructions on how to resolve this. You may also be contacted by one of our team members who will be reaching out to assist you in resolving the overdraft.
Please note that if you don’t resolve the overdraft in a timely manner, Invoice2go reserves the right to suspend or terminate our services to you.
What should I do if my account goes into overdraft?
There are a number of ways you can resolve your overdraft status.

Get in touch with your customer immediately to understand why their ACH payment was returned and arrange for a new payment to be made. Sometimes your client may authorize the ACH transfer to go through but the account they nominate may not be eligible to be withdrawn from

If your client has recently paid you, we will process the payment and deduct any amount to cover the negative balance

You may also wire transfer funds directly into your Invoice2go Money bank account from an external financial institution using your Invoice2go Money account and routing number

You may also deposit cash via ATM using the Invoice2go Money VISA debit card. For fee-free deposits, you can head to any ATM that is part of the Allpoint ATM network. To find your nearest Allpoint ATM please use this resource (Surcharge-free ATM Network | Allpoint )
In the future, we will allow you to fund your account directly within Invoice2go Money.
Why was my debit transaction declined?
A transaction will be declined when you don’t have enough money in your Invoice2go Money bank account to cover a purchase or payment.
Security
How do I temporarily lock my debit card?
You can get in touch with us to place a temporary lock on your debit card by emailing our dedicated banking support team at money@invoice2go.com.
What is a chip card?
Your Visa debit card contains a microchip that encrypts your personal info, protecting you against counterfeit fraud.
This, coupled with your unique PIN, provides you with a greater level of security when using your card for payments and ATM transactions.
What should I do if I am a victim of Identity Theft?
Contact our dedicated banking support team at money@invoice2go.com immediately if you suspect you’re a victim of fraud. Your Visa debit card will be frozen and we’ll investigate any suspicious transactions.
What can I do to help protect my card?
How can I protect my card from authorized transactions?
Your card comes with zero liability protection at no extra cost.
If you haven’t shared your card or unique PIN with anyone, and you report suspicious transactions to us immediately, you’ll be reimbursed for unauthorized card transactions.
How to identify a scam
Online scams are on the rise. Scammers will tempt you to enter sensitive info e.g. your bank account details using convincing (yet fake) emails or texts - known as Phishing.
If you’re not sure a message came from us, don’t open or click a link - it could result in fraudsters accessing your bank account. Instead, contact us immediately through Live chat in the app (Tap More, tap Help, then tap Chat in the app or go to our Help Center and click on the logo in the bottom right corner of this article.)
