If you have sufficient funds in your Invoice2go Money account, you may be able to process a refund for a previous payment. In order to process a refund, you must contact our support team. You can chat with us through Live chat in the app (Select More > Help > Chat in the app or go to our Support Center and select Chat with us at the bottom) or follow the steps listed below.
You can also send an email to support@inovice2go.com with the refund request. Please note that refund requests via email can only be processed if the request originates from the account owner's email address.

- In the Navigation Menu, click the Invoices link.
- Click the Paid tab.
- Click the invoice.
- Click the View payment history link.
- Find the line item for the Invoice2go Money card payment. Next to the total click the drop-down icon.
- Click the Refund link.
- Click the Contact Support button.
