Our QuickBooks Online integration makes it simple for you to import your clients and items (labeled Customers and Products and Services in QuickBooks) from your QuickBooks account directly into your Invoice2go account. This way, you can spend less time copying and pasting and more time winning new work.
You can import your QuickBooks clients and items during your initial setup of the integration, or later on. Please note that access to the QuickBooks Online integration depends on your Invoice2go plan, and the setup can only be completed on the web application.

FAQs
Why are some of my QuickBooks clients or items not showing up after I click import?
In order to avoid issues with your reporting, if the name of the client or item in your QuickBooks account already exists in your Invoice2go account, we will not bring it across during the import.
Can I use the import feature more than once?
Yes. If you create new clients or items in Quickbooks Online you can sync them across to Invoice2go using this feature. Please note that duplicates will not appear.
What happens if I delete a client in Invoice2go and then re-import clients from QuickBooks? Will that client return?
No. If you delete a client in Invoice2go, we will not import them again on subsequent client imports from QuickBooks. We wouldn’t want to import that same client with a new batch of clients and require you to delete them again. If you need to re-add that client, you would need to create them manually in your Invoice2go account.
