Depending on which Invoice2go Money products you have been approved for, linking a bank account is either optional or required.
Invoice2go Money Banking
If you have Invoice2go Money Banking, you do not need to link a bank account. We transfer all cleared customer payments to your Invoice2go Money bank account. You can access the funds in your account to make purchases and payments or withdraw cash using the Invoice2go Money Debit Card.
If you do link a bank account, you can:
- transfer funds from your Invoice2go Money bank account to the linked account at any time.
- set up auto-transfers to your linked bank account. Cleared ACH payments (and Invoice2go Money Card Payments) are transferred to your linked bank account instead of your Invoice2go Money bank account.
Invoice2go Money Card Payments
If you have Invoice2go Money Card Payments, you need to link a bank account. We transfer cleared card payments directly to the linked account. If you do not link a bank account, we cannot pay out funds.
It is very important that you complete bank linking. If you have not linked a bank account after six weeks from your initial I2G Card Payments application, any payments that were paid will be refunded to your customers.
