the information on the document doesn’t match what you entered in your Invoice2go Card Payments application.
To ensure your documents are accepted the first time, follow this checklist:

Make sure all document details (for example, names, addresses, ID numbers, other business info) match exactly what you entered in your application.

Upload separate files for each side of the document.

Ensure the document is legible, not blurry or cropped.

Place the document straight, not upside down or angled.
