If you have multiple companies and want to separate your invoicing transactions, you can add another company in the mobile app and easily swap between them as needed.
Each new company you add will require a separate login email, account, and subscription.
When creating another account, you can't use an email address already associated with an Invoice2go account. You will need a new email address to create a new account. Once you have added another account, you can switch between companies.
iOS and Android
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
- Tap Switch or add account
- Tap Add account
- If you don't have another account already set up, tap Create a new account
- If you already have another account, tap Sign in to an existing account
On our web platform, you can't add and switch between multiple accounts. You will need to log out manually and log in to your other account with its login credentials when you want to switch.
