After purchasing a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email for the transaction. It will display your company name, the subscription plan you purchased, payment details and the transaction number.
If you need a tax receipt or invoice in addition to this confirmation email, you can submit a support request through our support team using the submit a request link at the bottom of this article. Please enter Invoice Request as the subject line.
To facilitate your request for a receipt faster, please provide the following information in your support request:
- Your Account ID
- A screenshot of the confirmation email
The receipt request will be processed after the required information is provided.
Apple App Store and Google Play Store Purchases
If you downloaded the Invoice2go app and purchased your subscription through the Apple App store or Google Play store, your receipt will found through Apple or Google, respectively.
