After you enable the option to accept online payments, each invoice you send will include a “Pay now” option on it which will allow your customer to pay online.
- Enable online payments - This can be done via the client payment options section of the app
- Your customer pays - After your customer opens the invoice, they can enter their payment details and click on Pay now to make a secure payment. A transaction fee may be subtracted from each payment. These fees will vary based on which online payment method(s) you accept
- Receive your payout - Payout times will vary based on which online payment method(s) you accept
If you are in the same location as your customer, you can initiate the payment process by having the customer scan a QR code using a smartphone. This will open a link that will allow them to make a payment from Invoice2go's secure payment portal.
