If your business name doesn't display in transaction statement descriptions processed through Invoice2go Money, you can add this information by providing your doing-business-as name (trading name) in the account settings.
Once your company information has been updated, it displays in statement descriptions following the acronym BILL.COM. For example, if your doing-business-as name is listed as "Pat's General Store" in Invoice2go, statement descriptions display as "BILL.COM Pat's General Store." Because Invoice2go is processing the card payment, BILL.COM cannot be removed from the statement description for compliance reasons.

Impacts to Invoices & Emails
Changes to your doing-business-as name impact invoices and emails. If you provide a doing-business-as name for the first time:
- The name displays on new invoices and estimates unless you choose to hide it. If you want to hide it, read the Create a Company Logo article.
- The name replaces your email address as the sender (from) name when emailing estimates and invoices. The subject line also shows your business name instead of your email address.
If you edit an existing doing-business-as name:
- The updated name displays on new invoices and estimates, unless you’ve already selected to hide it in your invoice template.
- When emailing invoices and estimates, the sender (from) name and subject line of your emails will update to display the new name.
