How do I unlink a bank account?

If you unlink a bank account or your bank is not supported, you can still access payments from your Invoice2go Money bank account using your Visa® business debit card.
Invoice2go Money Card Payments
If you choose to unlink a bank account, you won’t be able to access Invoice2go Money Card Payments.
You can change the linked bank account at any time using the steps below.
How do I change the bank account that I linked Invoice2go Money to?
To change your nominated bank account:
Log in to Invoice2go
Go to Settings and Client payment options
Select Invoice2go Money
In the top right hand click on the “…”
Unlink your current bank account
Link a new bank account
How do I check my transaction history?
You can easily keep track of your Invoice2go Card Payments transactions.
Log in and choose Account & settings
Click on Client payment options
Scroll to Invoice2go Money
Log in and tap the profile icon on top right hand corner
Tap Client payment options
Tap Invoice2go Money
What are the transfer limits and processing times?
The time it takes to process an ACH transfer or Invoice2go Money card payment, and for the funds to become available, depends on several factors, including:
- the time of day the transaction occurs
- whether the transaction occurs on a business day
- your history with Invoice2go
- your usage of the Invoice2go product.
