On the web platform and iOS app, you can designate a project as active or complete. The Active and Complete statuses allow you to easily organize and find project in Invoice2go. By default, new projects display the Active status.
Note: Project statuses are not available on the Android app.
- In the Navigation Bar, tap the More icon
- Tap the Projects link
- To view active projects, tap the Active tab. To view complete projects, tap the Complete tab.
- Tap the project you want to update
- Tap the Project details link
- Tap the Status link
- To designate the project as complete, tap the Complete option. To designate the project as active, tap the Active option.
- Tap the Save link
- From the Navigation Menu, click the Projects link
- To view active projects, click the Active tab. To view complete projects, click the Complete tab.
- Find the project you want to update and click the Options icon for the project.
- To complete an active project, click the Complete option. To activate a completed project, click the Reactivate option. Your changes are saved automatically.
