Print an Invoice

You can print your invoices, estimates, purchase orders and credit memos to keep PDF hard copies of your documents for historical purposes or when sending snail mail to your customers. You can print your documents from either your mobile devices or from the web app.

The following steps walk you through how to print an invoice — the steps below are similar for all of your document types.

iPhone and iPad

  1. From the side navigation menu, tap on Invoices
  2. Select the invoice you would like to print
  3. Tap on the blue gear wheel in the top right corner
  4. Tap on Print
  5. Tap on Select printer and then select the AirPrinter to use
  6. Tap on Print in the top right corner

Android

  1. From the side navigation menu, tap on Invoices
  2. Select the invoice you would like to print
  3. Tap on the three dots vertically aligned in the top right corner
  4. Tap on Print
  5. Select the clouder printer to use
  6. Tap on Print

Web

  1. From the side navigation menu, click on Invoices
  2. Select the invoice you would like to print
  3. Click on the three horizontal dots … in the top right hand corner
  4. Click on Print
  5. Select the printer to use and set any print preferences
  6. Click on Print

Helpful Tips

  • The invoice is generated as a PDF file for preview, email and printing
  • Your client will receive the invoice as a PDF file attachment
  • A PDF viewer like Adobe Reader is needed for the client to preview the invoice
  • The default page print size is letter format
  • An internet connection is needed to preview, send or print an invoice
