Add Email CC and BCC on Invoices

When you send invoices to your customers, you can CC and BCC yourself on each invoice and receive a copy of your invoices for bookkeeping and personal reference.

You can CC or BCC yourself on all your generic email messages or you have the option to specify which documents you want to be copied on: invoices, estimates, purchase orders or credit memos.

Android, iPhone, and iPad

  1. From the side navigation menu, tap on Settings
  2. Under the Company section, tap on Client communication 
  3. Tap on Default email message
  4. Tap on Default email message again
  5. Enter your email address either in the CC or BCC field
  6. Tap on the green Back arrow

Web

  1. From the side navigation menu, click on Settings
  2. Under the Company section, click on Client communication
  3. Under the Messaging section, enter your email address either in the CC or BCC field
  4. Click on Save in the top right corner
