Form 1099-K provides a summary of all card payment transactions and third-party network settlements. This form is required for businesses that meet the reporting thresholds set by the IRS or applicable state regulations and is used when filing your tax return. Forms are typically issued on or before January 31 each year

Form 1099-K is currently not available for download on both the web platform and mobile app (iOS and Android).
At this time, customers will receive their Form 1099-K via physical mail only if they meet the reporting threshold requirements.
