View Account and Plan Details

Within Settings, you can view all of your account details, email address, plan type, expiration date and account quotas.

  • Account ID: Your Account ID (e.g. 12345678) is used to uniquely identify your account and is the same for any team members with access to your account. When contacting support, this number helps agents locate your account.
  • Email address: your email address is the one you entered when you first signed up and is the one you use to log into your account.You have the option to change your email within settings. This address is also where you receive emails from Invoice2go. 
  • Plan: shows what your current plan (e.g. Standard) is and when your account expires (e.g. 1/1/2019).
  • Account Quotas: shows you the amount of remaining quotas you have left for your account (e.g.Clients 57/100). If you have an Advanced or Unlimited Plan, you will be able to add new users to your account under Team members (web only).

iPhone and iPad

  1. From the side navigation menu, tap on Settings
  2. Tap on Account details to view your Account ID and Email associated with your account
  3. Within Account details, tap on Email to change your email address
  4. Tap on Manage Subscription to view your current plan type, account expiration date and account quotas

Android

  1. From the side navigation menu, tap on Settings
  2. Tap on Account details to view your Account ID and Email associated with your account
  3. Within Account details, tap on Email to change your email address
  4. Tap on Manage Subscription to view your current plan type, account expiration date and account quotas

Web

  1. From the side navigation menu, Click on Settings
  2. Click on Account details to view your Account ID and Email associated with your account. You can also change the language displayed on the web app from the dropdown next to Language on this page
  3. Within Account details, click on Change Email to change your email address
  4. Click on Manage Subscription to view your current plan type, account expiration date and account quotas
