Change Account Email Address

Changing the email associated with your account will change the email used to access all accounts associated with your email address and can impact the email in which you receive account, subscription, marketing and payments-related communications.

If you have payments enabled on any of your accounts, changing your Invoice2go email will not impact your Stripe account access. The email that receives payment notifications may need to be updated separately by contacting support.

When you change your email, two emails will be sent:

  • A notification email to the original email that the email is being changed.
  • A validation email to the new email. You must click the verify email link in the validation email for the email change to take effect.

iOS and Android

  1. Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen
  2. Tap Personal info
  3. Tap Login email
  4. Enter new account login email
  5. Tap Save
  6. Tap Confirm change
  7. In order for the email change to take effect you must click the verify email link in the email sent to the new address

Web

  1. Click on your Company name in the upper right corner
  2. Click on Edit next to your email
  3. Enter new account login email
  4. Click on Continue
  5. In order for the email change to take effect you must click the verify email link in the email sent to the new address
